  1. Centering: Find a comfy spot, take deep breaths, and connect with your inner peace.
  2. Inner Sanctuary: Imagine a safe, sacred space within you—your very own Holy of Holies. Acknowledge your eternal self: “I acknowledge my Eternal Beingness.” Rest in this quiet truth.
  3. Release the Power: Declare with conviction: “The condition I have (or the problem I’m facing) has no power over me, other than the power I choose to give it.”
  4. Breathing for Illumination & Elevation: Begin deep breaths. As you inhale, imagine brilliant light filling you as you whisper, “Illuminate.” As you exhale, feel this light expanding and vibrating higher as you whisper, “Elevate.”
  5. Embrace the Release: Keep breathing until you feel something shift—a release, an inner “click.” This is the flow of your Spirit. You might feel like whispering a thankful “Ah, Amazing Grace” or “Thank you, oh, my Soul.”
  6. Surrender Expectations: Let go of wanting to control the healing. Trust your Spirit’s wisdom. Even small shifts are HUGE steps.
  7. Return to Presence: After a few more healing breaths, gently come back to the present moment.

Holistic Healing: Hand-in-Hand with Medicine

Remember, powerful as it is, meditation isn’t a replacement for modern medicine. For health challenges, seek help from qualified professionals. However,  I believe meditation can be a powerful ally to conventional treatments.  It has been for me to manage early-stage macular degeneration. Along with prescribed medication, I practice mindfulness and visualization, knowing the benefit of healing energy flowing through me.
