Meet Your Host, Blair Abee, author, poet, and ordinary mystic
I’m an award-winning author of 7 books on meditation, mindfulness, and manifestation. As well a prolific blogger, frequent guest on a broad range of podcasts, YouTuber, and ordinary mystic (seeker for and finder of spiritual truth).

What is meditation and how can it benefit me?
Meditation is a practice where an individual uses techniques like sit-down meditation and mindfulness practices to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.
